随着智能电网建设的不断深入,对电力用户用电信息数据采集的实时性、完整性和可靠性提出了更高的要求,建立一套标准统一、信息完整且实时性强的综合用电信息集成系统已成为电力企业迫切需要研究解决的课题。 本课题针对电力系统中整条线路涉及计量点繁多及线损计算时对数据完整性要求高等特点,根据线路损耗的来源提出小样本统计估计和预测学习思想,选取有功供电量、无功供电量、专变总容量、配电变压器总容量、输电网线路长度、配电网线路长度六个变量作为配电网特征参数,构建基于支持向量机的线损预测模型。该模型能够对线路损耗回归进行精确估计,避免了传统回归算法的缺陷,可有效地解决电力系统中传统线损运算所存在的数据缺失问题,大大提高了电能信息集成系统的数据可靠性。 本课题在对国内外电力负荷管理系统、集中抄表系统等电力用户数据采集系统进行综合分析比较的基础上,设计了电能信息集成系统。该系统以J2EE为开发平台,采用分层设计模式,同时开发了营销系统接口、数据中心等相应的系统接口。完成对专变、公变、电厂、变电站等电力用户用电数据的集成,实现与营销系统及其它系统的数据的全面交互。 关键词
