今天上午12点半,聚会活动圆满结束,预报名10个家庭。来了9个小朋友,8位家长,呵呵。好热闹! 这次活动,有点仓促啦,刚才还有妈妈咨询呢。下次争取提前一周告诉大家聚会内容和安排。 另外,英语的单词,和文本,我们在群里给大家共享了。虽然对小点儿的孩子,有些难度,但总还是有情景的,非常容易记住哦。
今年第二次英语主题的聚会: Lantern Festival (元宵节)& Tangyuan(Yuanxiao)“包汤圆” The round shape of the balls and the bowls where they are served, come to symbolise the family togetherness. (汤圆,和碗的形状,都象征着家庭和和美美,圆圆满满。) to celebrate Lantern Festival, there are many different activities in northern or southern China.
在我国的南方北方,人们用各种不同的活动,来庆祝元宵节。

(It officially ends the Chinese New Year celebrations.)
元宵节,也意味着是中国传统新年庆祝的结束。 Activities: * Children carry paper lanterns at night. (孩子们晚上打灯笼) (Lanterns are often made in shapes of animals.) * People solve riddles on the lanterns (大家猜灯谜). Yuan refers to the first month of the Chinese calendar, and in ancient times people called night xiao. The fifteenth day is the first night to see a full moon in that lunar year. A special food: Yuanxiao(tangyuan).(吃元宵/汤圆) It is made from glutinous rice (sticky rice, sweet rice, waxy rice) flour. 由糯米粉做成 Flour is mixed with a small amount of water to form balls and is then cooked and served in boiling water. (糯米粉,加水,和成面,包成圆球形,在滚水中煮熟,可以吃了)。 It can be either small or large,
It is filled or unfilled.(外形有大有小,有包馅的,也有实心的) Today, the food is eaten all year round. (如今,全年都可以吃到汤圆,不仅仅是元宵节啊) Mass-produced tangyuan are commonly found in the frozen food section of Asian supermarkets in China and overseas.(超市的冷冻食品区,可以大量生产的汤圆 关于元宵、汤圆,我们该知道滴!
